Referring customer will receive a Credit Voucher only if referral purchases Terminix service within six months from the date Terminix receives the referral from referring customer. The Credit Voucher expires 12 months from the issue date as shown on the Credit Voucher. Credit will be issued to the customer's account only upon receipt by Terminix of an unexpired Credit Voucher. Credit Voucher is valid for issuance of a credit to a termite or pest control account of a current Terminix customer only. Credit voucher not available on the Termite Inspection & Protection Plan®. If the referring Terminix customer cancels their Terminix service(s) with an outstanding voucher credit to their account, that voucher will be cancelled and will no longer be available to the customer. The is Credit Voucher valid only at participating locations. Credit Voucher is not redeemable for cash, does not entitle referring customer to a cash refund in the event of cancellation of their service, and is non-transferable. If a referral appears on a State or National Do Not Call list or Do Not Solicit list, Terminix will not initiate contact with the referral. Void where prohibited.
