attract flies and then capture them with a glue trap

    Wall Mount — Placed where most flies generally fly, within five feet of the floor.

    Ceiling Mount — Night-flying insects fly higher. Ceiling-mounted ILTs are also good for areas with narrow hallways where a wall unit may be obtrusive.

    Freestanding — For shelves and counters, freestanding ILTs offer greater flexibility in placement.

    Wall Sconce — Decorative ILTs can be placed in public areas such as the dining rooms or public areas of hospitals and hotels.

    Keep outside dumpster areas clean and discard trash in plastic bags whenever possible.

    Place trash receptacles as far from the building as possible to keep flies away from your door.

    Install self-closing devices on doors or use screens or strip curtains where appropriate. Keep doors and windows closed whenever possible. Make sure that all edges of doors and windows have tight weather stripping.
